User Defined documents reverted to original after update

After making an unrelated minor change and loading a new runtime version to a client site - the client's modified documents reverted to the original version.

As the developer is unaware what changes a client may make to their UDD this could cause loss of information, particularly where the users havent saved a version of their document outside AwareIM.

I suspect the modified documents may have the same name as the original.

Could this be a bug or is there a workaround

I can't see how they could revert to the original version - maybe the database was restored? We can't do anything unless you tell us how to reproduce the problem. It's a fairly old build as well.
