We had another one of our technicians login and look to see what could be the issue and these were his comments.
1) When we connect via Console (Terminal Services) as Admin and start AwareIM
THEN
2) A Developer logs in as Admin & uses the Aware configuration tool, and
looses his session (becuase of power failure, loss of Internet, or etc..)
The last Console Session in Terminal Services where we started the Console is not visible and looks as thought it is not running
Task manager shows no running processes/services which would indicate it is i fact running
SO
We "dbl-click" the Control Panel icon - DOS screen flashes (under 1 sec) and nothing starts.
A reboot, and relogin on Console as Admin still does not start so I am called and I just reinstall it
(Tom, we did also try to delete the JBoss log file which did not help)
