Import Status Bar

I'm importing a CSV file. The import takes place and the log shows the correct number of records. The problem the system just hangs with the status bar and cancel button and not showing any progress or finish message. I have to close the window and restart the test process again to access the data.

I had something similar happen a while back. What build are you using?

Build 1206. It was an evaluation version and working until it expired. We purchased a license and activated it and now we have the problem.

You might want to update to the most recent build & see if you still experience the issue. I think I remember seeing some import related fixes in the changelog.

Will try that as soon as our account info is straightened out. I tried to change the email address and password and now can't get at the update page.

Turns out it's a browser thing. Works fine with Explorer but hangs with FireFox.
