When opening an HTML document from a process, the document is NOT displayed as HTML but you are asked to opens/save a txt file

**This was tested in a current application, sample bsv and the sample library BSV

IE opens a window to view the HTML but closes immediately.

Here are the steps for the library application.....

Member > Select Member > Register payment > View receipt

This is fixed in build 1157
