Hi, over the past few months I have experienced problems in exporting BSV's. It might take 3 or 4 attempst before the file is created. It may require a shut down and restart of the configuration tool or even Aware itself. On some occassions it has required a laptop restart.
Today however now I cannot export or import BSV's at all. Finally I re-installed Aware but the issue still persists. As an emergency act I install aware on another machine and used the last BSV I had exported to do further work but that install is only temporary and naturally is using the eval license.
Can you advise what might be happening that has stopped BSV import / export ?
