Purchased Development System this morning.
On web account form the product id was blank.
Downloaded and installed. Up on running I get this message:
License expired or invalid for product id 9bf38c401e506e67c4f7
I could have made matters worse - I then:
Logon into account - pasted in this id, the program then filled in the PRODUCT KEY field on my account.
Of course, I download nothing, still same error.
Product ID on Help from Control Panel is blank and disabled.
Not sure where to turn: emailed support@awareim.com this morning.
