You seem to be the AwareIM expert!
The goal is to keep a history of the status that is entered. For example, the StatusHistory would look something like:
[9/19/08] I changed the form so that it can handle address. [9/17/08] New form was created. [9/01/08] Application was started.
Where by the concatenated string represents each time a user enters data into the Status field. So, for the above example, the status changed 3 times.
