AwareIM Newbie Qs

I’m evaluating AwareIM. I have a few questions. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

AwareIM seems like a very, very, very small company. I found it from a GoogleAdword. How is support? How much does it cost?
I think I would build part of my solution and pay a developer to build part. Are there independent developers that actually know this tool? If so, what sort of billing rates? Or, does AwareIM provide development services?
My Solution needs to integrate with Outlook. I have a tool that keeps outlook data in sync with any ODBC database (its called genius connect, another really small company). Will updating my database directly through ODBC affect the AwareIM system?
I need to read (on a timed schedule), information from a webpage (URL), parse the webpage into attributes, and compare those attributes to a Business Object. Whenever there are differences, a user needs to be notified. Does this sound like something AwareIM can do? Some webpages are in HTML format, some are in XML format.
I need to read data from the database and place it into a government-supplied Adobe PDF form. Can AwareIM do this?
I need to publish some of the attributes of a Business Object as XML, so that it can be read by another system. Can AwareIM do this?

Most of them are proprietary and cannot be shared, but some working examples are included in the Programmers Reference Guide

we have made several add-ons/plug-ins or extended the functionality of aware with custom FUNCTIONS.

if anyone has a basic design, list of business requirements, or a document describing How you wish this to be implemented.

or even Use Cases with description of results.

OK, today I am digging up old topics for everyone to revisit - that's what I get for being new on the block...

I am interested in any successes with PDF Form fill functionality. I would need to have it automatic (invoke the functionality to pass in or save in a file what I need the PDF template populated with and then generate/save it... and be concurrency tolerant as simultaneous requests may occur at busy times.

Any feedback will be appreciated!
