V4 - Simple Form query not working

Hi
Is anone having problems with simple queries using "ask at runtime" parameters?
These queries worked in V3, but are not working in version 4.

The query does not affect a custom presentation, but does work on automatic presentations

I just verified that "ask at runtime" on Custom Presentations appears to let all instances through to the presentation.

I sent a test bsv to support showing the issue.
