Checkbox attrubutes do not properly trigger dynamic rules

I've found that checkbox attributes do not properly trigger dynamic rules on a form. Toggling the checkbox field from Yes to No does not trigger the dynamic rule. The dynamic rule does not fire until the user clicks on another attribute on the form.

Whenever something does not work for me, I always check there first before spending more time problem solving.
