Form cell type: HTML does not respond to dynamic rule

I have a form with an HTML cell type where the HTML includes:

When LoggedInRegularUser.ReportsCriteriaChanged is updated by a dynamic rule, the HTML cell DOES NOT UPDATE.

On the same form I tested by also including an Attribute type cell which DID update proper.

Please advise if you would like a test bsv.

More testing has confirmed that the HTML cell with attibute info will not refresh until logout + re-logon. Even refreshing the form that includes the HTML cell by clicking on the menu option that runs the form does not refesh the cell.

A save of the BO also updates the HTML cell. This should not be necessary.

By the way, attributes of shortcut type will now work in HTML cells of a form as a result of this change also.
