Database create is not supported for this database

"Aware IM was unable to create or locate the databases it requires. Error message returned by the database is: Database create is not supported for this database"

This message appears as AwareIM server starts. Both JBOSS and Tomcat are operational.

Anybody else seen this - or better still know how to fix it?

I am using the default Derby/Cloudscape database

This is the message you are getting in your log:

Unable to connect to the existing testing database Could not establish connection with the data base org.apache.derby.impl.jdbc.EmbedSQLException Failed to start database 'BASDBTEST', see the next exception for details. org.apache.derby.impl.jdbc.EmbedSQLException Page Page(2,Container(0, 832)) could not be read from disk.

This probably indicates that your BASDBTEST database is corrupt. You need to restore your database backup
