Minor bug: RegularUser HTML form cell not refreshed properly

When using a form with an HTML cell like:

<a href="<<LoggedInRegularUser.LinkInfo>>" target="_blank"><<LoggedInRegularUser.LinkInfo>></a>

the link does not get refreshed when LoggedInRegularUser.LinkInfo gets updated through a User's sesssion. It's not until that user logs out, then logs back in that this HTML form link will get properly updated.

When the same process is used with a BO other than RegularUser, the HTML form link WILL get properly updated.

I am sending a sample BSV to you @ support email address with steps to duplicate the issue.
