Report evaluation details reset when element is bolded

Support,

To duplicate this bug:

1- Look at a Report element where you have Evaluation Details set to calculate at the end of a Group. Make note of the Group name.

2- Change the formatting of this element to bold by clicking on the toolbar.

3- Reinspect Report element from #1. You should find that the Evaluation Time was changed by the system to "when the expression is encountered".
