tford I have a form opened up with process using NOEDIT and the BROWSE button for a document type attribute is still clickable. Should it be gone, just like the SAVE button is? Thanks, Tom
aware_support No, because you can still view the document, but you cannot effectively edit it (since there is no SAVE button).
tford I may not have given you sufficient details. In my case, there was no document actually saved yet, so there was no document to view. Also, isn't the Browse button used to select a NEW document, not to display an existing one? Tom
aware_support Sorry, I understand what you mean now. Yes, the Browse button is for new documents and it should have been disabled (a small bug). It doesn't hurt to have it, though, because you cannot save the form anyway.
