This is strange. Everything works fine on our systems.
Are you sure that you use exactly the same name for the business space that you used when Aware IM was installed? Maybe try to re-install Aware IM?
If you are sure that everything on your side is correct you can send us your database (if your are using Derby). To do this:
1) Select AwareIM entry in the Applications folder in the FileFinder
2) Select Action/Show Package Contents
3) Go to Contents//Resources/java
4) Zip up the DATA directory and e-mail it to support@awareim.com (the zip file may be quite large so please send it in a few batches).
