If you have an attribute that presents choices on a form, and if you present those choices by selecting "generate radio buttons", in the presentation, you will not get the "?" icon if you have selected "show description as a pop up window". You can see the description if you use "show description underneath text control". I typically use the pop up feature when a description is rather lengthy. This is not a major issue...I just thought I'd let you know.
