(None of this is related to running Aware as a service.)
In past versions (up to 8.8), the control panel was buggy on turning on/off these logs. One should NOT have to restart aware (which isn’t viable during the day with users on) to enable or disable these logs, but that frequently was the case.
Q1: If one doesn’t need Production logging, unless research into a potential app bug is needed, then it would make sense to keep this OFF until it is needed ? (probably True)
Q2: Confirm that resources are being used and CPU usage is higher (or performance is slower) if Production Log is ON vs. OFF. (probably True)
Q3: Which AwareIM versions, if any, support turning ON Production Logging in the middle of operations, and then being able to see accurate Logs in the Control Panel. (probably None)
