View a record by Clicking the Row for the Grid

I have some Grid in my application when I click on the Row it allow me to View/Edit that record.
I am drawing blank on how I did it in the past. Does anyone know how to do this.
“When I click on any row in the grid it will display the record” I am certain if it not complicated I just cannot remember how I did it in the past.

Click in the green area, and change “No” to “Yes”
