What I did…

Update or create MS Word or MS Excel Document in Configurator

What I expected to happen

no error message to appear and the updates saved

What happened

The document selected from file appears in the configurator window as expected. When you click save, an error message pops up.

Internal Error
Reason: Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialise class
com.jacob.com.CommThread

I’ve tried this on a fresh BSV as well.

I am able to generate a MS Word document from operation mode from an existing Document template.

Further to the above, when i first open the configurator and load my BSV and then go to update (or create) the document template, i get the following error message:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jacob-1.17-x64 in java.library.

When i go to update again i get the error message as stated in first post above.

This was working properly on Build 3505
