Programatically Close a Layout

I am using DISPLAY LAYOUT and then carry out some functionality on the Layout.
I execute a Process from a Button in the Layout and once that Process is complete, I want the Layout to Close without the User needing to click the X in the Tab.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Actually, Solved it Jaymer …..

You do not use the ID in the Layout.

You can provide the ID in the Operation that calls the Process to DISPLAY LAYOUT…. In there, you add the ID to the Open In … New Tab….

Then CLOSE TAB ‘myTABID’ works.

From what I can tell, there is no CLOSE WINDOW function.

There is a CLOSE TAB function but it seems like it only works if you use the Open In functionality. However, the DISPLAY LAYOUT is a different type of call to create the TAB. It does have the availability of providing an ID for the Tab but the Tooltip says it is only mused for Tours. Indeed when you inspect the opened Tab, you can see that the TAB ID is not there.

You can also use a JavaScript window.close() depending on the situation
