Putting operations with records in specific positions in a query?

I am working on a planner thingy based on the standard grid that lets you mark several checkboxes vertical and horizontally.
Is there some way for me to move these two “operations with records” columns according to the purple arrow, and let the other two operations remain to the very right?

Probably not the solution you are looking for but I would consider setting up each Week as a panel in a Layout. Panel on the Left would hold the Editable Query for Week 30. Panel on the Right would hold the Editable Query for Week 31.

Would also allow you to have Left/Right Arrows in a toolbar to navigate Weeks forward and backward.

Yes, create the actions as Attributes that you can place anywhere in the query.
