It would be nice, even though Vlad doesn’t ascribe to this naming convention, if when we used Mark’s “best practices” naming convention of prefixing reference fields with:
ps_
om_
sc_
etc.
that when you add that field to a table, Aware would strip the 3-character prefix automatically FROM THE DISPLAY LABEL.
Because thats something that has to be done manually EVERY TIME.
I doubt anyone wants “sc_Customer” as a column heading in a grid or a screen label.
(PS. Remember, Aware already applies some logic to ‘beautify’ this screen label. This is just 1 more rule to add to that already existing code.)
