Custom HTML Forms

Custom HTML Forms are not working. On the Library sample application, it displays an error message for the Registration Form:

Cannot Invoke
"java.util.Collection.iterator()" because ""
is null

The error appears on Library application as well as my own custom html form.

It can be replicated online with the Library application on Aware IM site with the "Register" option:

I experienced the same issue today. After a couple of tries, I stopped and removed the form. I am waiting for the solution. :?
