From a Grid, Expand Rows issue - CLOSE Button on Form

You can see from this image the CLOSE button on the form that was "expanded".
Clicking this is DEFINITELY not what the user wants as it closes the entire grid.
I know I can remove the button entirely from Panel Operations.
But anyone have an idea how to make that close button 'un-expand' the row like the user would expect?

I have a question how did you make it work that you can expand the grid row with the little icons on the left of each grid row?

yes, you're in the right spot.
The default is 'not allowed'.
Click on the dots then select what you want to do.
