BLOMASKY I have a folder under Aware/Tomcat/Webapps/AwareIM/Uploads. When I install an update to the same Aware folder it erases the Uploads, yet it leaves the Custom folder alone. Can someone explain why this behavior? Thanks Bruce
aware_support Custom is a special folder that Aware IM knows not to touch during the update. You should put your custom stuff inside this folder.
BLOMASKY But why does it delete all of the other folders? In my app the user has to upload photos, so I created a Uploads folder in the AwareIM folder. You are telling me I have to move it to the Custom folder for it to not get deleted? Bruce
