When choosing "All" (items per page in a grid) it only shows 20 records.
It only shows all records when "Fetch records for all pages at once" is selected.
But in that case the loading of data will take a long time (every time the screen is used).
So, why showing the All-option if it doesn't work ?
It would be nice if a user can show "All" rows to do an export (to Excel) of all records.
