Stetson After import, 'open import log file?'=Yes displays blank log file. Issue only occurs in production. In Test, import log file populates correctly. How to fix in production? (Tried to attach more info but this sw being very fussy about attachment file types.) Thanks.
Jaymer You can easily attach screen caps. When a doc/bsv/etc is required, add “.zip” to the end then tell us it’s not a zip and to strip that off. What’s the error msg displayed after the import ends?
