Increasing font size in Config Tool - but dialog boxes do NOT scale

I use a high-res monitor, and I always increase my font size in the Config Tool (View/Customize Font)

Imagine you are a new/novice user and you increase the font size.
You then go to this dialog box from a Grid:

You CANNOT see the buttons across the top. You'd have no idea how to Add a new Operation.

When I open up Grid Settings, I see this:

And I'd like to see this:

Sure would be nice to examine the font size thats in the CSS being used by Eclipse and do some system-wide scaling to improve readability.

I'm still a newbie here but I noticed that what I need to do is create smaller icons for Edit, Delete, etc....because nothing will shrink smaller than those icons are in size.
