Configuration Tool windows are out of whack

Somehow I got the various windows of the config tool not opening in the same places that I'm accustomed to.

Is there a video that guides how to use the various windows? I can't seems to find one in the long list of videos.

Or is there a way to get back to the default settings of the Config Tool windows?
