Been meaning to post this up for a while.
I have 13 customers - 13 separate business spaces, but I might soon have 20 so it will become important to me.
Each customer has a number of overnight scheduled tasks that run at various times but the key thing is that each task runs at the same time for each customer, so the duty reminder emails get sent out at 2:00am for each customer and so on.
Most of the tasks don't take long so thus far I haven't hit any snags. There is however one task which is an annual task that takes about an hour and I've not risked any hiccups thus far by getting each customer to start their annual renewal process on different days. With 20 or more customers - that becomes more difficult since most of my customers will want to grab 1st March or 1st April. (or as close as possible)
So my question is - does the AwareIM engine "queue" the scheduled tasks for a given time so that in the event that one customers task might take more than a minute to complete, the others will trigger even though the 1 minute window has passed?
