Guest Registration (SOLVED)

I am trying to implement Guest Registration. I am in Test mode. I have attached 3 screenshots.

Here is what I did to facilitate Guest Registration in test mode:

I have a BO Member, which is an intelligent BO (login, password, access level, etc). So far, all instances (records) of Member have had an access level of Member
I created a new instance of Member, but with Guest access level
I created a form in the Member BO, called Guest Registration, with the "User Registration" checkbox checked, and the access level set to Guest. No other Member forms have this box checked.
I created a Visual Perspective for Guest with User Registration checked and First Command as Register user. As I think I understand, when a Guest (in this case the specific "Guest" Member that I added with Guest access level, via Admin user) logs in, they should see the form assigned to the Visual Perspective, in this case the Guest Visual perspective.

I get the error in the error screenshot.

Have you checked all the Access Levels for Guest?

In the screenshot for the Guest Registration for (the form the Guest Level access in BO Member), I have the access level for Guest set. You have to scroll the screenshot to the right to see it.

You need to open the Guest Access Level, go to the Member object and select "Full Access"

By default EVERYTHING is disabled for guests.
