Feature req: Let "Dynamic" choices to be CONTAINS filter

We are using Dynamic choices more in our designs as we believe it scales well.

One issue we have found is that when used on a form they only permit a "Starts with" filter, it would be much more powerful if we could configure to allow for a CONTAINS search here:
