Presentation Bands won't disappear

I'm trying to create a presentation.

I uncheck the Visible checkbox for each band I don't want. The band disappears in the presentation editor, but when I exit the Presentation editor saving changes, and then go back into the presentation editor the bands are back again!

I'm using V 1.4 build 729 on Windows XP with SP2.

Is this a bug or a feature?

It's a bug - the editor does not remember the visibility settings from the last session. A bit of a pain. We'll fix it in the next release.

It's coming within the next 2-3 days. It will have a number of fixes to the glitches found by users over the last few days (including this problem).

just to clarify again the significance of this problem to you. Do you realize that visibility only affects whether the band is visible in the Report Designer and does NOT affect presence or absence of the band in the final report?

If it did affect the presence in the report it would have been a serious problem, otherwise it seems like a minor nuisance?
