This is FABULOUS and works great in a grid. The time saving over the traditional way is awesome.
Old Way
Not only is this NOT dynamic (you've hardcoded in the colors) but its processor intensive and a grid of several hundred rows can be 5-10+ seconds to display.
New Way
This may not be the correct way to do it with the 1=1, and there's no Docs on how to indicate the Color but I got lucky with the <<RO....>> and it worked.
