After logging in, the 'Starting page' is determined by some settings for visual perspectives.
Have a look through the visual perspectives in your app, and look for 'Use in login' setting (top right). If this is 'Yes' have a look and see that the right Access Level is selected (Click on the three dots next to 'Yes').
If you still have the same issue, check that you don't have more than one Visual Perspective marked with 'Use for login' for a particular Access Level.
