IMPORT Problem

I am trying to IMPORT some data from a CSV file into a BO named EmployeeRAWIMPORT.

I am getting this error....

This is the first column.... I have read the error many times and cannot understand why it would throw an error. Have tried with and without VALIDATION

Invalid description of data column EmployeeRAWIMPORT.EmployeeNumber. It must start with EmployeeRAWIMPORT.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

As well as copy paste of first few lines

I make a BO with the 1st 5 fields (of the file u sent me) and they imported fine.
All I had checked was "Create record if not found"
