Aware 8.1 does not recognized installation of MS Word

Just updated to 8.1 from 7.something. When opening an MS Word document type, it says "Document preview is not available. Check that you have Microsoft Word installed on this machine."

Anybody?

when i was doing 8.1 Excel, it said same thing, but worked fine.

Thanks, but with this condition, I cannot update the document.

This problem has never been resolved. I am now on v8.2. For any report based on Word or Excel, I get the same error whether creating or editing a document template.

"Document preview is not available. Check that you have Microsoft Excel installed on this machine."

Of course, the product is installed. The AwareIM platform has been updated at least once with this error being persistent.
