I was having trouble starting the AwareIM service on my UpCloud server after installing an update, so I decided to restart the server. I went to the UpCloud control panel, selected the server and clicked Restart. The server shut down, but didn't automatically start back up. When I clicked Start, I got this message:
"We apologise, but the requested server resources are not available on the UpCloud infrastructure currently. Please try again later. The amount of new customers in the recent weeks has surprised us, despite our best preparations. We are aware of the situation and are adding capacity constantly."
Tried again a few minutes later and it worked. I just assumed that those resources where set aside, but I guess not.
