Mobile timeout is a big issue, as the user loses their point of action in the middle of multiple steps transaction process.
Say, for example (just an example not real case) The parent order has been created for a repair job, but as each repair begins, he needs to start a new line to get authorization from office before doing the repair and once step completes, the repairman, needs to enter data and finishes the result of each repair. Sometime a repair may take long and the mobiles locks out. Now you have an incomplete repair order that he can't get to again and causes other complications.
I need to be able to extend the session time on Mobile, and so far, it's not working.
How and what else, can we do in Aware, that the software keeps the session live and doesn't kill it, where the user lose it's login and session data?
