Config Tool Preview not Working

Hi... The preview feature in our config tool is not working, we see an error that says:

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://localhost:443 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Does anyone have any suggestions or can share the steps to resolve this? We are using an SSL certificate on the server, and i don't know if this makes a difference?

If your Tomcat is running not on a default port 8080 you need to add the following line to the AwareIM/bin/UIConfig.props file:

WebServerPort=TomcatPort

As I know, you cannot call the preview from localhost but should call it with your domain name because you create the SSL with your domain name NOT localhost.

Also add the following properties if required:

1) If running on https:
WebServerProtocol=https

2) If you renamed AwareIM directory to something else:
WebAppBase=NameOfDirectory
