any reason to NOT go with 64bit Wrapper software?

I am just about to go live with my 1st application. And as they say in Top Gun, "I have a need for speed". is there any reason to not pay the $$ and purchase the 64bit wrapper software to install on my Windows Server?

While there will only be 20-30 simultanous users, the system does a fair amount of heavy lifting and if this can potentially eliminate any memory bottlenecks, so much the better. For those with "wrapper" experience:

1). Can I just replace the wrapper.exe with the shiny new version and ONLY change the default wrapper.conf to contain my license info?

2). How hard is it to have Aware run as a service and always start when Windows starts?

3). If using 64bit wrapper, any memory configuration suggestions?

I think the question is whether there is any reason TO do it at all. If you look at the wrapper log, you may see at startup that it identifies the fact that you are running the 32-bit wrapper on 64-bit. Any issues? I don't know. I did procure the 64-bit wrapper and I believe we got it installed, though there was some heck involved in the installation. Then, I think I did not reinstall it after the subsequent AIM update. Now that AIM is 64-bit, I really think it should ship with the 64-bit Tanuki wrapper. I do not know if the 64-bit wrapper will improve memory bottlenecks. As for speed, the greatest speed enhancements I have accomplished have come from refining my MySQL memory settings, which provided dramatic and palpable speed improvements. We have some wise ones on the board that may be able to make the case for installing it.
