Applying custom themes on application

I want to change the color of bootstrap theme for one of the application as per client requirement. I am aware of the feature of changing themes on VP. But I just need to change the color of the bootstrap theme from blue to green.

Can someone suggest me an easy CSS fix?

I have downloaded the new theme from this link.
Could you also tell me how do I apply this specific to an application? Do you suggest placing the folder downloaded into Custom/CSS/App folder?

Thanks for the info, I placed the kendo.custom css file in Custom/CSS/Appname/Appname.css

I then reloaded the browser and theme was set thanks a ton !!!!!
