Build 2828

  1. If all rules after the last enabled rule were disabled in a process, the process ignored the output option and always displayed a popup (because it thought that the enabled rule was not the last one)
  2. Disabled rules were checked for integrity
  3. If a query had inline editing, Save Changes operation was created by default but was not visible, until some other operation was placed in the top toolbar. Now the operation is placed in the Toolbox by default.
  4. “Do not show :” property didn't work for required references represented as a drop down
  5. Using startProcessWithInit in firstCommand with the combination of dynamic=true, didn't work
