This method must return the unique name of the channel within the Aware IM system. This is the name that can be used by the executeEntityService and sendNotification methods of the IExecutionEngine interface and the REQUEST SERVICE and SEND actions of the Rule Language. This name is for system purposes only – it is not displayed in the list of available channels of the intelligent business object in the Configuration Tool.
