Bugs
- A expansion of trees didn't work (not clear if all trees affected)
- Value list filter didn't work if value was different from label
- Opening tree properties sometimes caused a crash
- Queries using forms: custom panel header for the form was not displayed
- Updating a drop down with references after dynamic rule execution in forms didn't display the value properly
- Tiles were occasionally mis-aligned
