Bugs
- New user registration didn't work for BSV's with user preferences support
- Operation applicability and protection information was not dynamically updated during inline editing
- Values of references represented as drop downs were not saved if they were on undisplayed tabs
- Selected values were not removed from the left side of the swap-select control
