Fully functional Aware IM Mobile & Desktop custom login page.
Just change the logo pic & the business space value.

Implement by yourself:
Social logins. Remove the buttons if not necessary.
Retrieve password functionality. See user guide. Remove link if not required.

One thing with the mobile version, i think it better to change the logonOp to logonAdmin in the <form> section.
Not sure what the difference is but logonOp had some issues with the startupM.html

LogonOp.aw works just fine. My mistake.
