FR - Option to disable the Standard rule interface

While the Config Tool is supposed to remember your last interface choice I have found that when you are doing a large number of search and replace operations (ie find all references to an attribute) the interface is intermittent in remembering what it was last set to. Generally if it is a simple rule it will open the Standard interface and if it is complex it opens the Textual interface.

I can safely say I never use the Standard interface and only ever use the Textual editor.

I'd like to default to the Textual editor always, so a preference setting to only ever use the Textual editor for rules, processes and query building. It is extra clicking to get to the interface that I want.

That is not to say that I would not welcome true graphical workflow building as supported in this post back in the day
