Most (if not all) of the documentation is available on the Wiki site: https://www.awareim.com/dokuwiki/doku.php/0000_start
Good job! This is a vast improvement.
Now imagine if the AwareIM community could easily edit or add code examples. Wiki sites really benefit from crowdsourcing. I bet there are many of us who are willing to contribute with more code examples than is currently presented in the documentation.
Yes, the wiki site might need some moderation if user contributions were to be allowed, but game theory has proven that open wiki sites happen to work with great results. Wikipedia and various fandom wiki sites has been doing this successfully over a 20 year span.
Make Wiki user contributions possible
Re: Make Wiki user contributions possible
If there would be some hesitation to allow users to make direct changes to the documentation itself, it would also help if users could make comments/additions to the documentation, which would then be displayed below the official documentation. See for example the MariaDB Server Documentation https://mariadb.com/kb/en where this is possible (user comments displayed separately and recognizable).
